How do I sign up? +

Do I need to sign a long-term contract? +
No. Every plan is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The goal is to earn your business every month, not lock you in.
Why are your prices lower than most agencies? +
Because there's no agency. No account managers, no sales team, no office lease. Agencies typically charge $1,500 a month and up for AI search work and $300 or more a month for accessibility monitoring. You're paying for the person who does the work, and that's it.
Is hosting really included? +
Yes. Every care plan includes managed hosting with SSL, a CDN, daily backups and a server firewall, and I migrate your site for free. If you have a host you like, keep it and your plan is $20/mo less.
My site isn't WordPress. Can you still help? +
Yes. Care plans are built around WordPress because that's where plugins and security updates need constant attention, but I also look after Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow and custom builds. AI visibility and accessibility work applies to any platform.
What happens if my site gets hacked? +
On Pro and Commerce plans, cleanup is included at no extra charge. On Essential, or if you're not a client yet, it's a flat $299 with 30 days of free re-cleanup if it comes back.
What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO? +
SEO gets you ranked in a list of links. AI visibility gets you named in the answer when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Google's AI Overview for a recommendation. About two-thirds of searches now end without anyone clicking a link, so ranking alone increasingly isn't enough. My plans do both, and the monthly report shows you where you're being cited.
How quickly will I see results from AI visibility work? +
Technical and structured-data fixes can shift AI citations within weeks. Real competitive movement takes 3 to 6 months, and compounding authority takes 6 to 12. Anyone promising results in 30 days is guessing. The difference now is that you can actually watch the citations, so you're not waiting blind.
Why not just use an accessibility overlay widget? +
Because they don't work and they've become a lawsuit magnet. Overlays were named in about 1,400 ADA lawsuits in 2025 alone, and disability advocates broadly reject them. I fix the underlying markup (focus states, ARIA, contrast, alt text, keyboard navigation) and give you a documented report showing what was actually done.
