Blue Gorilla Media LLC provides web design, website hosting, and related digital services to clients under separate written agreements. The following applies to all such services, regardless of whether a formal written contract exists:

No guarantee of business results. We make no guarantee that any website, SEO campaign, or digital service we provide will generate specific leads, sales, revenue, or other business outcomes. Results vary based on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your industry.
Hosting uptime. We use reputable third-party hosting infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, server outages, hardware failure, or force-majeure events may cause your website to be temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for lost business, lost revenue, or any other damages arising from downtime, regardless of cause.
Lost form submissions. Contact forms, lead capture forms, booking forms, and any other web forms on websites we build or host rely on third-party form processing services (such as email delivery providers, form APIs, and hosting mail servers). We are not responsible for form submissions that fail to deliver, are delayed, are filtered as spam, or are lost due to misconfiguration of third-party services, email provider restrictions, or factors outside our direct control. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY SERVICES WE PROVIDE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
